Who is responsible
ThaiEasy Living operates ThaiEasy Living. Our office is Unit 4506, 45th Floor, CRC Tower, All Seasons Place, 87/2 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. For privacy questions or requests, email thaieasyproperty1978@gmail.com. This notice applies to this website; other ThaiEasy Living specialist websites have their own notices.
What we collect
The family assessment asks for your name and email, preferred contact details, selected services and optional family-planning information, such as current country, family size, children’s ages, schooling, move timing, visa needs, housing budget and questions. We record submission and expiry dates, language, the version of the privacy notice you acknowledged and follow-up records. Where you allow analytics, we may store non-sensitive campaign source, medium and campaign labels with your enquiry. We do not request passports, identity documents, bank credentials or health records in this form. Please do not include these or unnecessary sensitive information. Parents or guardians should complete the assessment on behalf of their household.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, assess relevant services, prepare a proposal and coordinate follow-up or service arrangements. This supports your requested pre-contract steps or service relationship. Security checks protect the website and prevent abuse. Optional website analytics is based on your consent and can be withdrawn. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to newsletters or advertising; no separate marketing subscription is enabled.
Who receives it
Authorised administrators manage enquiries. Cloudflare Workers and D1 provide hosting, enquiry storage and anti-abuse services. Resend delivers a brief notification to thaieasyproperty1978@gmail.com; that mailbox is hosted by Google. Notifications include reference and contact information and selected service categories, not the full family-planning profile. Google Analytics and Tag Manager process optional usage measurements only when enabled and permitted. Google Fonts delivers typefaces. When a requested service needs a specialist provider, we will clarify the relevant sharing and share only what is needed. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and international processing
Our service providers may process data in Thailand or other countries. We use access controls, encrypted network transport, server-side validation and administrator authentication to protect enquiries. No system can guarantee absolute security. Technical providers may retain their own security and operational records under their policies.
360 days from submission
Each website enquiry expires 360 days after its original submission. Follow-up or status changes do not restart this period. Expired enquiries and related planning, consent, attribution, notification and follow-up records are automatically deleted from the active database and excluded from administrator access as soon as they expire. Cloudflare recovery copies may persist briefly under its backup window; expiry cleanup must run after any restoration. Notification copies in the team mailbox and downloaded exports are separate copies: our administrators must delete those within the same 360-day period. Service contracts or records required for a separate legal obligation are handled separately and are not a reason to silently extend this website enquiry record.
Your requests
Email the privacy contact to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, or to raise a concern. We may ask for reasonable verification before providing or changing personal information, without requesting more than necessary. You may withdraw analytics permission in Cookie settings. Declining optional questions or analytics does not prevent an initial consultation.
