A professional planning engagement built around your household’s circumstances and longer-term life in Thailand.
When to arrive, which residency pathway to assess, where to live and how to coordinate the household’s move. Pay THB 5,000 to start. This is credited towards SETTLE if you proceed. If you do not continue after planning is completed, the fee pays for the completed planning service and is non-refundable.

Planning and process support. Government charges, visa application fees, Thailand Privilege membership, specialist lawyers, translation, notarisation and other third-party costs are separate.
The standard home-finding period is normally 60 days, with completion of one long-term residential lease as the main service milestone. Rent, deposits, utilities, property fees and actual expenses are paid by the client.

12 months of lifestyle support and personal legal advisory, with complimentary services for your family.
Everyday enquiries, appointments, local resources and working-hours online translation.
Annual allowances for personal legal consultations, lawyer’s letters and contract drafting or review.
Home and air-conditioning cleaning, airport transfers and a day of in-person translation.
Translation for business negotiations, contract drafting and document translation is quoted separately. The included online service covers everyday-life needs during working hours.
Legal support covers personal and family matters. Litigation, arbitration, court appearances, complex commercial matters and work beyond the agreed allowances are charged separately.
